Brownies: |
You will need (Enough for 2 baking pan):
150g butter
4 eggs (2 egg yolks + 2 whole eggs) |

How to Make: |
- Heat up oven to 180 oC.
- Add Pondan Brownie & Cookie Mix, butter, eggs, and raisin (found inside this box) altogether then beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour Brownies batter onto 22x10x4cm baking pan greased generously with butter.
- Sprinkle on top of batter with chopped almond or grated cheese as desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Cookies: |
You will need (Can makes 2 glass jar of cookie):
2 teaspoons wheat flour
150g butter
1 egg |

How to Make: |
- Beat butter at high speed for 2 minutes. Add egg then beat again for another 1 minute.
- Add Pondan Brownie & Cookie Mix, raisin (found inside the box) or chopped almonds, cookie improver (found inside the box) and 2 spoonful wheat flour, then mix lightly and well using wooden spatula.
- Take 1/2 teaspoon of cookie batter then put it on baking pan greased generously with butter. Repeat this step until all cookie batter is used. Bake at 140 oC for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

You will need: |
7 whole eggs (400g)
3 teaspoons water
125-150ml coconut milk |

How to Make: |
- Heat oven to 160 oC. Cover bottom of Chiffon baking pan with baking paper then grease bottom and sides of pan with butter.
- Beat eggs at high speed for 3 minutes until foamy.
- Add Pondan Pandan Chiffon Cake mix with water then beat again at high speed for another 8 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Add instant coconut milk or cooking oil then stir well (using wooden spatula) until even.
- Pour the mixture into Chiffon baking pan. Bake for 60 minutes on medium heat (160 oC) till done. Baking is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes before inverting. Ready to serve.
